This eclectic gathering of artwork focuses on how women are “linked” together through the very diverse roles they play in society.  Each artist will address the concept individually; allowing for their own interpretation of how being a female affects their personal world.  The work communicates how women universally share an unspoken kinship with one another, whether it is through apron strings or g-strings.

Intimations:

Medium is honored to present OKC artist, Brandi N Downham, in a solo show on Saturday, June 26. The show will feature a number of Downham's latest works, highlighting her mixed-media use of printmaking, drawing, and painting.

Downham's compelling vision is distinctively personal in content and smartly novel in effect and style. This is a great chance to sample and participate in OKC's growing contemporary art scene.

Reconstruction is just about finished! We've built columns, painted the walls, and refinished the floors just to name a few. Paintings are starting to go up... very exciting!

In the past few weeks, we have been fortunate enough to obtain a fantastic space on the canal.  It is a perfect space to be able to paint in as well as hang our work.  We are working extremely hard to get it open ASAP.  Shortly after getting everything fixed up and running, we will have an opening night.
